HNC is partnering with Matrix Health Group and CSL Behring to bring you an educational program entitled Protecting Yourself and Overcoming Obstacles. Join us on Friday, November 17 at 6:30pm at Dave & Buster’s in Cary. We will hear from Sheriff Deputy John Vieke, who will speak on the importance of striving to achieve your goals, and protecting your body and joints through physical fitness and by adhering to your infusion schedule. Dinner and game-cards will be provided.

John Vieke has severe hemophilia B, and has been a police officer in Indiana for nearly ten years. Despite the challenges of pursuing a career in law enforcement and living with hemophilia, he has overcome many obstacles in pursuit of his dreams.

optional: After the educational presentation is complete, attendees will have an opportunity to speak with CSL Behring and Matrix Health Group representatives about products and services they offer to the community.

PLEASE NOTE: Information about these companies' products and services is being provided as a public service only. As a non-profit advocate for the bleeding disorders community, Hemophilia of North Carolina does not endorse any treatment products, manufacturers, home care services, or individual medical providers.

Hemophilia of North Carolina (HNC), CSL Behring, and Matrix Health Group are pleased to provide these educational opportunities free to HNC members. Because of space constraints, priority will be given to HNC members and their immediate family who are unaffiliated with home care, pharmaceutical, and related industries.

Because of space constraints, attendance is limited to immediate family members. If your group includes more than four persons, please contact the HNC office before registering.
