Join Hemophilia of North Carolina (HNC) and Pfizer Hemophilia for dinner and a HOPE educational presentation.
Pfizer will present the program, Infusion Support for Caregivers of Patients with Hemophilia, which provides an overview focusing on infusion techniques and best practices caregivers can use when dealing with the challenges faced by their loved ones that are affected by a bleeding disorder. The focus of this program is for families who have children with a bleeding disorder.
This educational dinner is part of HNC’s HOPE Program, to provide emotional and educational support for families with children twelve and under with a bleeding disorder. Priority registration will be given to HNC members who have a child 12 and under with a bleeding disorder.
This event is being offered free to all HNC members. Because of space constraints, priority will be given to HNC members who are unaffiliated with home care, pharmaceutical, and other related industries. If your group includes more than four persons, please contact the HNC office before registering.
optional: After the educational presentation is complete, attendees will have an opportunity to speak with Pfizer Hemophilia representatives about products and services they offer to the community.
PLEASE NOTE: Information about this company's products and services is being provided as a public service only. As a non-profit advocate for the bleeding disorders community, Hemophilia of North Carolina does not endorse any treatment products, manufacturers, home care services, or individual medical providers.
